Jay Robbins has passed away in San Antonio, Texas, after a long illness. Here are some photos of Jay. I worked with Jay for many years
at WWOK-AM/WIGL-FM, Miami. He was always a delight, with a quick wit & friendly. He became a Police Officer with Dade County Sheriff’s office.
He worked part time at both jobs. Jay was an avid gun collector and played Boogie Woogie piano. For many years he would fly to London
for the big Boogie Woogie convention. Below, is a photo of Jay in better times. RIP old friend.
