We have complete Authoring, Mastering & Replication for DVD/CD. We use the high end professional cinema authoring systems from Sonic Solutions. After your program is authored with chapter marks etc., we can master to DLT tape for cutting a zero defect image to glass master for replication of literally millions of discs.
We cut on Pioneer Model A09 duplicators and print with the automated Rimage Everest II robotic print system. If you've been disappointed with print quality from cheap inkjet printers that won't do Pantone® colors and run when moisture or fingers just touch the surface, you'll love our product. We use the patented Micro-Dry® technology from Rimage Corporation. For no additional charge you get 100% photo-realistic half-tone reproduction. This enables you to print full color flesh tones at better that glossy magazine quality. Our Everest II system prints at almost twice the quality of today's best available silk screen/roto printing. The finished product is color fast, scratch resistant and completely waterproof.
And we have no minimum order. So you can order as many or as few as your current demands dictate. And unlike some manufacturer's, when you order 100 units, you get exactly 100 units. You're no longer at the mercy of their "production run" and get charged for plus or minus 10%. We think that is just unprofessional, after all you need 100 units not 90.
